Here are some interesting e-learning examples that are publically available on the
web. Choose an example from the left column to see more information about it.
Using Gantt Charts

Instructions:
- Click the picture of the course page.
- Click Parts of a chart in the menu to the left.
- Click Framework in the menu to the left.
- Click the Play button beneath the Gantt chart to watch the explanation.
- Scroll down and complete the practice activity.
- Continue through the other topics in the menu to the left.
- Click Practice in the menu to the left.
- After the last topic to the left (Practice), continue by clicking the forward button at the lower-right corner of the window.
- Complete the Constructing a Gantt chart topic.
What to notice:
- Immediate practice. As soon as a concept is explained, the learner has an opportunity to apply it. Roll-up practice activities occur at the ends of lessons and at the end of the course.
- Authentic practice. Practice activities require interpreting a variety of realistic Gantt charts.
- Variety of practice activities. Learners unscramble tiles, drag and drop chart components, match list items, and answer questions about real Gantt charts.
- Rich navigation. Learners can navigate by paging sequentially through the course, drilling down from the menu, or by looking things up in an index.
