Simple things still work
As communicators, we must interrogate our daily work to see what works, why
it works, and how new technology can make it work better. Improved authoring
tools, increased bandwidth, and more sophisticated compression algorithms,
are ineffective unless we can use them to advance basic human processes. This
presentation examines how breakthroughs in online Help, e-learning
and knowledge management come, not from adding new technology to existing
systems, but by using technology to fully support the ways human beings communicate,
interact, and learn.
